Q 23 Resort provides hospitality and accommodation services. As our core business is service-based, traditional shipping of physical products is not applicable to our hotel bookings.

All booking confirmations, receipts, and communications are delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of booking.

Merchandise and Vouchers

In the event that we offer gift vouchers or branded merchandise for sale, any applicable shipping or delivery terms will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise specified, these items are typically for collection at the resort.
