Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair to our guests while accounting for the operational realities of managing our resort. Policies may vary for special offers, promotions, or packages; please refer to the specific terms on your booking confirmation.
Standard Cancellation Policy
- Free Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to the check-in date will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night's stay.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date, or in the case of a no-show, are non-refundable.

Refund Processing
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days. The funds will be returned to the original method of payment.
Modifications
Changes to your reservation dates are subject to availability and may result in a rate change. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
We recommend that all guests consider purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may lead to cancellation.
