Which payment gateway does Ora use?
Ora is integrated with Razorpay, which supports UPI, cards, net banking and wallets across India.
When is a booking confirmed?
Only when an approved payment of at least the minimum advance is received. A partial or failed payment keeps the booking pending, so you never hold a seat for someone who hasn't paid.
Can I accept cash at the counter?
Yes. The counter app records cash, card, UPI and bank transfers against the booking.
